Yoga and Self-expression – This three-week course will include time for writing, image making/doodling/drawing, yoga asanas, meditation, and discussion at each two-hour session. Practice creating space in which to explore what it means to tune into Creativity on many levels. Take time to know the layers of you, and make space for it all with meditative practices that can free up creative blocks. Make time for your own creative practices in the (virtual) company of others. Discuss what it means to practice non-attachment with our creations, and meet others at the intersection of art and yoga. Open to all abilities, levels, etc… No drop-ins. Sliding scale available.
