Host an Event at West Asheville Yoga

Looking for a space to host your workshop, training, or community event? We offer our beautiful, light-filled studio for rent during times when it’s not in use for regular classes or special events. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, healer, educator, or community organizer, we welcome event proposals that align with the values of mindfulness, connection, and wellness.

2 Options for Partnering With Us:

Co-Hosted Events (Shared Revenue)

Occasionally, we collaborate with guest teachers to co-host events that align with our brand and community. These events are promoted through our marketing channels and offered at a shared profit rate. If you're interested in this type of partnership, please submit your proposal for review using the form below. For co-hosted events, we will let you know after review whether it aligns with our current branding and offerings.

Studio Rental

For private or self-hosted events, we rent the space at $35/hour. You handle registration, marketing, and facilitation, and the space is yours during the reserved time. To inquire about space rental, email us at info@westashevilleyoga.com.

Rental Information:

Rental Rate: $35/hour
Availability: Based on our class and event schedule

Capacity: Up to 25 people with yoga mats

Included Amenities:

Yoga props (mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets)

Sound system

Bathroom

Lobby space for check-in

Parking: Free onsite and nearby street parking

Accessibility: Ground floor location with ramp access

Estimated number of attendees

Interest in studio rental or co-hosted option

Any setup or equipment needs

A Few Notes

Setup and cleanup must be included in your rental window.

Events must align with the values and spirit of our space.

No shoes in the practice area.

We do not currently offer admin/front desk support for outside events.
