Strong Flow weaves form, function, and flow of body and breath to unravel muscular stress and tension while cultivating supple strength and stability in mind, body, and being.
We’ll explore foundational yoga postures through mindful movement, breath, and body awareness. Sequencing will include both standing and floor postures with slow, steady, and stabilizing flows and holds. You’ll leave feeling ready to unfurl into your day with flexibility, fluidity, and fortitude.
This class is for beginners and experienced practitioners alike wanting to incorporate and build upon an approachable and sustainable strength based yoga class. Modifications offered for all levels.
