Rise + Shine Flow
This early morning class incorporates movements synchronized with the breath at a slower pace. Sequences are designed for strength, flexibility, and alignment while finding longer holds and restful postures. Meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) are woven into class. This class is great for all levels including beginners or anyone looking for therapeutic benefits of yoga.
