Yoga practice is an amazing tool for the lifelong health of our backs. In this class we will explore a multi-dimensional approach to backcare, including:

Ways to balanced strength and flexibility throughout the body, particularly in the back, hips and hamstrings
360 degree core toning
Mindfulness-based Stress management

Each week will be different, offering fresh perspectives and mindful challenges. This class is suitable for all practitioners, including those with no history of back pain!
