Functional Flow
Functional Flow combines innovative mobility, classic asana, and skillful strength training. Beyond the “perfect” poses and exhausting routines, we need practices that wash out the turmoil, promote adaptability, and anchor us back into clarity.
The class starts by getting unstuck: especially in the neck, shoulders, and hips. Then we build momentum with creative vinyasas and increase intensity with longer holds. We end with a savasana because dessert is the best part.
