Gentle Flow & Yin
Soothe your nervous system in this nourishing, energy balancing yoga class. Gentle, flowing movements are linked to breath during the first half of class, allowing the nervous system to discharge excess energy and help ease you into a more receptive state of rest and relaxation. The last half of class includes longer held, supported Yin postures, designed to release connective tissues in the body while being guided through mindfulness meditations.
