Flow to Yin
Flow + Yin blends the yang elements of an engaging practice with the soothing benefits of yin yoga. In this class, we will move through cleansing, creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind. Flow + Yin offers a balance of strong, yang postures and movements paired with the receptive and introspective elements of yin yoga. Active, strengthening, standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body. The yin half of class offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for a period of time. Join us to co-create a space to move through the fluctuations of the mind and body, and prepare for a nourishing reset.
