Ayurvedic Slow Flow
Join Kimber for a slow flow class focused on breath centered movement and getting in touch with deeper layers than just your body. This class will incorporate elements of ayurveda, and we will work through and integrate some of these concepts in our bodies- really experiencing them is the best way to learn them and embody them. Example topics include: the 5 elements, the 3 doshas: vata, pitta, kapha and how to identify and balance these energies in yourself, balancing for the season, and actionable tips on how to incorporate ayurvedic healing in your everyday life. All levels welcome.
