Ashtanga Led Half Primary
Join us for an invigorating and focused Ashtanga Half Primary Led Class, perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their practice. This class will guide you through the first half of the Primary Series, emphasizing proper alignment, breath control (ujjayi), and the flowing sequence of postures (vinyasa).
The class will begin with the traditional opening chant, followed by Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B), standing postures, and a selection of seated postures up to Navasana. The session concludes with a calming closing sequence and final relaxation (Savasana).
