Acro Yoga
Acro is a social, physical activity. We create shapes and movements with the body on other bodies! It involves closeness and trust within safe and specific parameters. You are invited to practice a culture of clear communication, respect and care to foster communal success and tons of embodied fun.
This class will offer various lenses of acro with a focus on “L basing” flows and keeping a grounded, slow and intentional thread to the practice.
This class will promote balance, build up stabilizer muscles, encourage flexibility, tone the body and strengthen the core. All are welcome and will be suitable for people with limited mobility, strength, or nervousness too!
