Join Tara for a Ride and Yoga for cyclists ideas
We will meet at the French Broad River Parks, ride to Hominy Creek River Park, chill at Hominy with our Omies and bike back to French Broad River Park. At French Broad River Park we willd o a 30 minute cool down Yoga flow.
Cycling is an awesome full-body workout, that is a great tool for losing weight, staying healthy, and keeping in peak physical shape. But at the same time, the repetitive motion and strain can leave the body sore, tight, and achy, which can limit your muscle recovery and stamina, and make you prone to injury. Rejuvenate the body, and take your cycling to the next level by finding balance with a regular yoga practice!
The full experience will be between 2 and 2.5 hours. West Asheville Yoga is not liable for bike riding section of meet up. Bike riding is fully voluntary and by choice. Payment is for yoga class. Join us!
