Nāda Yoga is union & Oneness through sound. However, while the Sanskrit word nāda means “sound,” it also means “flowing” or “rushing.” Just as a river flows and rushes from its hidden source, sound manifests and emanates from its unmanifested source of transcendent silence.
Join student Yoga Therapist & Nada yogini Jo-Jo Jackson on Zoom (link sent upon registration) Saturday, October 29th at 1pm for this unique 2-hour workshop exploring the practice & philosophy of Nāda Yoga. Discover the wisdom OM as the primordial sound, plus learn about the Anāhata Nāda–the unstruck sound–and how to experience this exquisite silence through a deep inner listening & mantra meditation.
This workshop is open to all abilities, and no musical or mantra-chanting experience is required. Please dress comfortably and bring a journal & pen for any note-taking if desired. Space is limited to 15 participants.
Price $45.
