Join us for a guided tea meditation. Each participant will be given their own bowl and serving of tea.
Participants will connect with their breath and relax into an expansive mindfulness through drinking tea. Through each sip we will cultivate gratitude and compassion, finding harmony with ourselves, the earth, and the universe.
