Yoga | Acupuncture | Qigong

with Lara Diaz and Maegan Davis

West Asheville Yoga is excited to announce a Healthy Sleep Workshop.  Enhance your practice, and most importantly, incorporate rest into your life.

A 2-hour workshop combining three ancient healing practices to relax your body, mind, and spirit for healthy sleep patterns.

Firstly, we will begin with an introduction and overview of the healing modalities and relationship between Chinese Medicine and sleep.  Secondly, we move into a Qigong practice led by Lara Diaz, L.Ac.,Dipl. O.M.  Combining slow, deliberate movements with deep breathing and visualization we anchor and circulate our Qi.  In addition, Dr. Maegan Davis, L.Ac. RYT will teach a deeply healing Yin Yoga set.  Above all, Yin Yoga will allow you to stretch, open and relax.

In conclusion, each participant will received a relaxing 40 minute acupuncture session on their yoga mat accompanied by calming music.
