During the Restorative Yoga and Hot Stones workshop, you’ll experience the gentle and nurturing practice of restorative yoga that eases tension, soothes the nervous system, and quiets the mind.

Hot stones, placed strategically on your body during poses, add an enchanting dimension, offering deep warmth and blissful release, melting away stress and tension.

For this restorative yoga class, Madelyn Ilana will create ambient violin soundscapes to support you to deepen into your healing journey.

Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Madelyn Ilana is a songwriter, ambient dream folk composer, violinist, music teacher, and healing arts practitioner.

This workshop is open to seasoned yogis, newcomers, and those between.  The class does require the ability to get up and down off the floor.  Please email us about adaptations for pregnancy or disabilities.

No prior experience is necessary; just bring your desire for self-care and serenity. Wear cozy, loose clothing and warm socks. Don’t forget your favorite mug for sipping on soothing hot tea. Embrace this opportunity to regenerate and renew your sense of well-being, relaxation, and inner peace.
