Tuesdays, October 11th-November 15th 3:30-4:30pm
Through creative movement, restorative play, mindfulness, therapeutics, and self-expression this class helps children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus, and creativity. Children will learn tools for self-regulation, build social-emotional skills, and practice a variety of breath-work and mindfulness techniques to use throughout their daily life.
Parents will drop children off so that they can explore creative yoga sequences and mindful making with gentle guidance from their instructor.
Art and yoga supplies are provided.
You must enroll for the entire series to participate
$120 for 6 weeks.
