EMBODIED SLOW FLOW & RESTORE – 75  MINUTES

Fridays, 9-10:15am EST

with Gillian Hailey

Embodied Slow Flow & Restore invites you to slip beneath the rush of daily doing & tend to the sanctuary of your inner being. This nourishing class combines clarifying & grounding benefits of mindful movement & deep rest. Gentle flowing movements help to unravel accumulated and unprocessed stress & tension that become stored in the deeper layers of our physical and energetic bodies so that we can open to the healing benefits of deep rest. This supportive and deeply nourishing practice is centered around embodied presence, nonjudgmental awareness, and intuitive organic expression to promote body agency & autonomy, nourish the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of wellness & vitality from within.

About the Instructor

Meet Gillian Hailey - She is a holistic wellness guide, feminine energy & embodiment coach, and founder of BLOOM | EMBODIED WELLBEING. Gillian was introduced to yoga at the age of 13 and she was immediately drawn to the sense of sanctuary she experienced during classes. Over time she discovered that the practice of yoga guided her into her own inner sanctuary, offering profound relief from the anxiety and panic attacks that she suffered through silently. This experience set her on a deep personal & professional journey through holistic wellness & wellbeing which has profoundly transformed her personal sense of wellbeing & vitality and informs her body of work & offerings today. Gillian seeks to empower her students to honor the wisdom of their unique inner experience & expression of life by bringing intention, awareness, and devotion to the daily gestures, activities, and practices that nourish & enliven them. Her classes explore the art of movement & meditation as ritual, a practice of weaving the sacred into everyday living, honoring the cycles & rhythms of our inner & outer nature, and attuning to the guidance & wisdom within. She offers weekly classes, 1:1 guidance, monthly gatHERings, & immersive experiences that illuminate the interconnectedness of personal, collective, and ecological wellbeing and the essential nature of nourishing self & soul care, community connection, and authentic expression as the foundations of our vitality & wellbeing. You can connect with her & learn more about her offerings at BloomEmbodiedWellbeing.com   In her free time, you can find this solar-powered soul running through local neighborhoods & trails, cooking up farmers market finds, seeking out salty shores with her surfboard, picnicking in a sun drenched park with a handful of inspiring books, or seeking out the best spicy chai in town.
