Healthy Heart Workshop is a 2 hour Yoga/HIIT fusion designed to safely peak and lower your heart rate –
Phase 1: Warmup and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is geared toward full body movement and maximizing your heart rate to fun upbeat music
Phase 2: Yoga cool down will stretch areas activated during HIIT
Phase 3: Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) welcomes stillness and relaxation to calm your heart rate to its lowest levels
Bring your mat, water, a sweat towel, and a warming layer for relaxation.
