Ganesha Invocation and Yoga Nidra for Winter Solstice

December 21, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
$25

This lovely event is back! Join us on the shortest day of the year as we chant and sing to
Ganesha to open the gates for the sun to return, for light to conquer darkness once again.

Participants will gather in a circle around an altar to Ganesha. Please bring your statues,
crystals, flowers, etc to place on the altar for the program. Cat will lead a little simple movement to open the hips while we begin to sink into the energy of Ganesh. Afterwards, all will sit and chant the Gayatri and root mantras of Ganesha, inviting the Path to be cleared ahead and the doors to your next level of consciousness to swing wide open. You will receive a beautiful mantra card with the words to take home with you.

Participants will then lie down as Cat guides you through a Yoga Nidra practice, bringing the seeds of your intentions deeply into your consciousness. We hope you will join us for this powerful and restorative evening.
