Forgiveness & Healing Workshop with Sierra Hollister

September 9, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Healing is based on a pulse, a synchronization of the self with the infinite in each
moment. Our relationship with source, with our own soul is the foundation of
everything else. True health, deep and complete happiness are fundamentally based
on this foundation : relationship to self.

In this workshop, the powerful techniques of kundalini yoga are utilized to re-
pattern the flow of energy through the body, releasing lifetime somatic residuals of
anger, grief, shame. Using kriya, flow, mantra and meditation ~ old pains,
forgotten resentments ~ the clouds in our skies ~ are cleared and our hearts are
opened in ways that were previously inconceivable.

Vibrant health, deep and sustaining wellness, the vibration and frequency of
limitless joy is a birthright of every soul. Forgiveness is the beginning of
everything.

About the Instructor

Sierra Hollister

Sierra Hollister (she/her) is a mother, runner, green yogini and a dirty, tree hugger. She was incredibly blessed to start her Kundalini journey at Ahimsa Ashram and to be able to study directly with Yogi Bhajan. She has had yoga angels sprinkling lucky yoga dust at her feet since 1990. In addition to Yogi Bhajan, Sierra has been inspired and shaped by the teachings of Patabhi Jois, David Swenson, Sarah Powers, Sean Corn, Snatam Kaur and Gurucharan Singh Khalsa.

As much as Sierra loves asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation- she finds her daily yoga guidance in the words of Aadil Palkhivala- “True yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.”
