Experience Bliss: A Yoga Nidra Journey

A 90-minute experience designed to restore, nourish, and support your entire being; mind, body, and soul. We’ll begin with 30-40 minutes of guided breathwork and gentle yoga poses that encourage you to arrive fully into your present experience. Connect to yourself deeply through stretching while actively moving stagnant energy out of your body.
Following the active part of our practice, you will be guided through a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice. It is said that 30 minutes of Nidra is the equivalent of 4-hours of sleep for your brain. This “nap-like” practice will bring you to a meditative state where you can restore, reset, and heal.
Wear comfortable clothes and consider bringing your favorite blanket. Allow yourself to be nourished the night before Easter!

About the Instructor

Rachel Zitin is a native Ashevillian who has been living in Rome, Italy for the past 15 years. She works as an Embodiment Coach, holistic Italy Travel Expert, and a Retreat Leader (in Italy and beyond). She began her yoga practice in 2011 to recover from an injury, and her deep journey into yoga took off from there when she realized the benefits that the practice has both on and off the mat. For her, yoga is, and always has been, a combination of self-acceptance, embodiment, and trusting your own inner knowing. IJanuary 2018 she completed a 200-hour teacher training with Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia and began teaching as soon as she returned to RomeShe has since completed a 100-hr Yin/Yang Training in Bali (2022) and numerous mini-trainings and workshops on Yin, Restorative, Nidra, and meditation. Her teaching style connects to the joy and exuberance inside and gives her students permission to embody their bodies. She is both playful and deep, encouraging her students to feel comfortable, nourished, and inspired to go deeper inside themselves. Her focus is on gently aligning breath with movement and helping students find the space where they can flow, trust themselves and follow their own inner guidance.
