SUMMARY:[INDOOR/VIRTUAL] Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Moon Circle: Yoga and Ritual
DESCRIPTION:Monday\, November 7th 7:00 – 9:00pm  \nJoin Sierra [IN PERSON] or [VIRTUAL] for moon yoga class. \n\nJust as the moon powerfully controls the tides\, the moon’s waxing and waning offers the key to rhythm and power in our own lives. When we surrender to the moon and align our movement and consciousness\, we are reunited with the innate wisdom in our bones\, in our soul.\n\nI think of this wisdom as a permaculture of sorts\, Ayurveda references it as cellular memory. Although our cells are in perpetual renewal\, there is the genetic thread of DNA that holds our lineage\, our ancestors. They live on in us\, as do the stories of when we lived much more in tune with the cycles of nature\, of season\, of moon and sun. To find our way back to the source\, within ourselves\, is to awaken from the dream that kept us separate.\n\nIn recognition of the power of these cycles and the way back in that the moon offers us\, again and again\, over and over~ Sierra will offer the opportunity to gather\, each Dark Moon and each Full Moon. Each gathering will offer the ritual of creating an altar\, yoga\, breathwork\, meditation and gong. These gatherings are open to anyone\, regardless of gender identification\, who seeks to find their way back.\n\n\nAll moon classes are sliding scale\, $25-$35.

SUMMARY:Circle of the Moon: Yoga and Ritual to find your way back
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 25th 7:00 – 9:00pm  \nJoin Sierra [IN PERSON] or [VIRTUAL] for moon yoga class. These gatherings are open to anyone\, regardless of gender identification\, who seeks to find their way back.\n\n\nWe will gather both in person and virtually the following dates and times.\n\nAll moon classes are sliding scale\, $25-$35.

SUMMARY:[INDOOR] Contentment from Within with Tara Eschenroeder
DESCRIPTION:Sunday September 11th\, 6-8pm \nHow much time do you spend moving towards where you want to be versus being content with where you are? Where can you create space in your life? What would that space allow you to let in? What do you cling to (mentally & physically)? How could letting go of this allow you to let yourself live more fully and deeply? \nExplore these questions and perhaps begin to work towards answers as you join Tara for a journey into the philosophy behind Santosha\, the second of the five Niyamas. Navigate towards contentment that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow through a Vinyasa practice. This will be followed by various practices that encourage finding that place of true acceptance and contentment\, including progressive relaxation\, visualization\, and yoga nidra. \nSliding Scale $35-$45
