This class goes deeper into restorative poses allowing \nstudents to relax fully. Essential oils and other calming fragrances may be used. \nWe will move slowly through poses that will encourage our body (and mind) to slow down and \nbecome open to passive stretching. During this restorative yoga class\, there will be minimal \nmovement. Students can expect to be holding gentle poses for a length of time using the \nsupport of props. This is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative elements \nof yoga – the union of body and mind. \nThe calming and openness of restorative yoga perfectly primes the body to experience Reiki \nhealing. Reiki therapy is based on an eastern belief that vital energy flows through and around \nus. \nThis class is a cooling practice. Please dress warm and comfortable.
