Wandering through this life we connect with the elements. Through the earth\, our breath\, and Yoga we ground deep in our roots. The air is wild\, free and full of possibility. Water nourishes our souls while reminding us to go with the flow. We ignite the fire of passion and light an awakening within\, becoming one with the elements and connecting under one sun. \nCo-taught by Tara Eschroender and Crista Rose of West Asheville Yoga. \n *This practice will take place in Montford Park. Delve into profound connection\nbetween movement and the messages we carry within us. \nThis workshop offers an artful blend of accessible somatic practices—including yoga\, dance\,\nsound\, breathwork and contemplation—as entry points to embodied inquiry. Together we will\nexplore the intricate relationship between our inner narratives and our embodied experiences.\nGuided sequences\, free movement\, and reflective pauses create a supportive space to\nexperience ways of coming into contact with an inner sense of knowing\, and with the edges of\nthat knowing. Explore both new and familiar ways of moving and being\, unlocking fresh\npossibilities for personal and collective presence\, connection and liberation. \n***This practice is open to movers and non-movers alike\, ages 16+. It is a space for all bodies\,\nabilities\, identities\, and lived experiences. \nYou are very welcome here\, with all that moves within and around you – your curiosity\, your fear\,\nyour grief\, your creativity\, your rage\, your tenderness\, your wonder\, your collapse\, your\nambivalence\, your joy. \nNo previous experience with any of the practices listed above are necessary.
