Owens\, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and CEO of Present Moment Media\, for a half-day immersion of experiential learning\, a depth of embodied practices\, & collective care. Open to anyone interested in learning more about embodied leadership\, especially yoga teachers\, ayurvedic professionals\, embodiment coaches\, mental health clinicians\, somatic professionals\, bodyworkers\, and business & nonprofit leaders. Beginners are warmly welcome\, no previous experience in yoga or ayurveda is required. Co-hosted by Embodied Leadership Asheville. \n\nFee: $45 per person
