DESCRIPTION:Spring Yoga & Acupuncture\n\nSaturday April 6th\n1-2:30pm\n\n$36 | $40 |$44\n\nOpen to the embodied and emergent energy of the spring season with spring yoga & acupuncture.\n\nDuring the first hour of class we’ll move through a seasonally inspired series of slow flow & yin yoga postures curated to gently unfurl from a long winters slumber and awaken with energy of the spring season through your biology\, body\, breathe\, and being. An extended savasana will open you into a grounded state of receptivity\, gently awakening deeply through the subtle energetic body with guided yoga nidra and acupuncture.\n\nDiscover the holistic benefits of yoga\, acupuncture\, and nature based wisdom to gently and deeply support you through each season of life.\n\n *Please wear comfy clothes you can move\, stretch\, and rest freely in. Props and blankets will be provided.\n\nThis class is open to all levels of practice and experience with yoga and/or acupuncture. Ear seeds will be available for those who would prefer not to use traditional acupuncture needles.
