SUMMARY:Cello Sound Meditation for the New Moon
DESCRIPTION:Come spend an evening immersed in a unique sound experience. This self-care workshop utilizes the subtle power of sound to help individuals relax and venture inward toward self-exploration and deep relaxation. \nBrooke will start the evening with gentle movement to help soften and open the body. Shortly followed by guided breathwork to allow space for intention.  Next\, we will relax in savasana.  Then you will be immersed in soundscapes\, allow the body and mind to calm and realign. \nBrooke will create this sound journey using Koshi chimes\, drum\, and the heart-centered cello. Combining traditional instruments as well as the cello creates a dynamic vibrational experience. This workshop is about sound facilitating space for participants to connect to inner self and unlock their own healing potential. \nWorkshop will end with a collective Om to seal and integrate this work.
