DESCRIPTION:Fri\, Oct 20th 7-9pm \n$35/person. $25 for Members. \nDuring the Restorative Yoga and Hot Stones workshop\, you’ll experience the gentle and nurturing practice of restorative yoga that eases tension\, soothes the nervous system\, and quiets the mind. \nHot stones\, placed strategically on your body during poses\, add an enchanting dimension\, offering deep warmth and blissful release\, melting away stress and tension. \nThis workshop is open to seasoned yogis\, newcomers\, and those between.  The class does require the ability to get up and down off the floor.  Please email us about adaptations for pregnancy or disabilities. \nNo prior experience is necessary; just bring your desire for self-care and serenity. Wear cozy\, loose clothing and warm socks. Don’t forget your favorite mug for sipping on soothing hot tea.
