DESCRIPTION:Yoga & Live Music with Tara Eschenroeder & Hope Griffin \nAugust 18\,2024 \n6:30-8:00pm \nHolding Space for the Pause \nCome on a journey of the senses\, moving alongside the living breath of music\n\nAllow yourself to reconnect to that sacred animal within\, ultimately reminding us how to simply BE – both on and off the yoga mat. \n\nJoin Hope and Tara as they come together once again\, and take you on a journey of the senses. While drinking in the sacred sounds of the music\, we take the ability to listen and to feel even deeper within. We tap into that intuitive sense of knowing; how and when to move and when to be still. \n\n\nInfused with poetry from her self-published collections  entitled Collecting Feathers\, Landing hOMe\, and Sacred Details\,  accompanied with WNC award winning musician\, Hope Griffin\, Tara will invite us to unapologetically pause on purpose and hold space for the sweetness that lies within the grace note.  It is in these moments of pause that we are able to put down the shaken up snow globe of life… visions that have become clouded are able to once again present themselves. It is in these moments of pause that we are able to put down what’s heavy and remember that we are held by the soil which we tread upon. Put it down dear one.
