Experience a deep rest combined with stillness and restorative yoga that allows your body to ease tension\, soothe the nervous system\, and quiet the mind. \nHot stones will be placed strategically on your body during poses to add an enchanting dimension\, offering profound warmth and blissful release\, melting away stress and tension. \nFor this RestShop there will be additional offers to enhance your experience\, allowing you to embrace this opportunity to regenerate and renew your sense of well-being\, relaxation\, and inner peace. \nThis workshop is open to seasoned yogis\, newcomers\, and those between.  The class does require the ability to get up and down off the floor.  Please email us about adaptations for pregnancy or disabilities. \nNo prior experience is necessary; just bring your desire for self-care and serenity.
