You may experience deep relaxing states that can promote awareness of yourself beyond the body and deep into the essence of your Being. \nSound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Come let healing processes be initiated by the unique tones of this sound bath\, creating the perfect state for deep meditation\, creative thinking and intuitive messages. \nAustin incorporates sounds from 14 different instruments including crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, didgeridoo\, native flute\, handpan\, guzheng\, drums\, vocals\, tuning forks\, and more! \nPlease wear comfortable clothes\, bring a yoga mat\, and expect to relax using blankets and bolsters. \n  \nFee: $35

While drinking in the sacred sounds of the music\, we take the ability to listen and to feel even deeper within. We tap into that intuitive sense of knowing; how and when to move and when to be still. \n\n\nInfused with poetry from her self-published collections  entitled Collecting Feathers\, Landing hOMe\, and Sacred Details\,  accompanied with WNC award winning musician\, Hope Griffin\, Tara will invite us to unapologetically pause on purpose and hold space for the sweetness that lies within the grace note.  It is in these moments of pause that we are able to put down the shaken up snow globe of life… visions that have become clouded are able to once again present themselves.
