DESCRIPTION:April 27\,2024 \nSaturday 11:45-12:45pm \nChildren ages three to eight are invited to move through a series of yoga postures\, imaginative sequences\, engaging breath-work\, visualizations\, and explore a variety of art mediums for making artwork that they can take home with them.   \nWe will explore yoga through movement\, restorative play\, mindfulness\, visualizations\, and self-expression. This exploration helps children increase mind and body awareness\, strength\, flexibility\, focus\, and creativity. \nThis Kids Yoga + Art pop up is “Fly Like A Butterfly” themed– \nLet’s spread our wings like a butterfly through yoga poses and create beautiful butterflies to take home! \nArt and yoga supplies are provided. \n$25/child
